TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Fees
-
Wedding dates are secured only once the non-refundable booking fee has been paid.
-
The booking fee is a standalone payment and does not contribute towards the total cost of services

Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be provided in writing at least 12 weeks (3 months) before the wedding day.
-
Cancellations made later than this will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total booking.
-
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be charged at the full amount.
-
The booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Minimum Booking Requirement
-
During peak season (April – September), a minimum booking of 4 people applies.
-
If fewer than 4 people are booked, a minimum booking fee of £490 will still apply

Alterations to Numbers
-
Any reductions to the number of people requiring makeup must be made in writing at least 12 weeks (3 months) before the wedding day.
-
Where an assistant makeup artist has been arranged, alterations must be provided in writing at least 5 months before the wedding day.
-
Reductions made after these deadlines will still be charged in full.

Travel & Additional Costs
-
Travel expenses, including but not limited to congestion charges, parking fees, fuel costs, flights, and accommodation (if required), will be added to the final invoice.

Makeup Style Policy
-
I am a soft glam specialist, focusing on timeless, natural, and radiant bridal looks. If any member of the bridal party requests a makeup style outside of this (e.g. alternative, vintage, dramatic, or themed looks), a separate artist who specialises in that style must be booked independently by the client.

Trials & Artist Availability
-
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding after your trial, the trial fee remains non-refundable.
-
Where possible, a suitable replacement artist will be arranged.
-
Should you wish to book a second trial with another artist, the trial fee paid to myself will remain non-refundable.

Health & Hygiene
-
For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup cannot be applied to anyone with an eye infection during the trial or on the wedding day.
